It builds on the illustrated artwork with added movement and animated textures to create a subtle sense of atmosphere and continuity with the music.
THE PROCESS
Initial ideas were exchanged directly with the artist, leading to a quick sketch phase, focused on the layout and framing.
The final artwork was drawn digitally, using simple lines and soft colors. The animation was developed in parallel, with early motion tests informing the final composition.
